22 November 2021 – Standox now offers bodyshops its state-of-the-art Standoblue Basecoat mixing tints in pre-filled bottles specifically for use in Fillon Technologies’ new Daisy Wheel 3.0. The bottles, which are available immediately, come in 68 tints in 500ml bottles and 27 tints in 1 litre bottles.

To reap the complete technological and efficiency advantages of fully automated colour mixing, which include time-, product- and cost-saving benefits, refinishers must use the pre-filled bottles and Daisy Wheel 3.0 in conjunction with Standowin iQ Cloud – the Standox digital colour management system. The Genius iQ spectrophotometer takes precise measurements, then Standowin iQ finds the colour formulas from a database of over 200,000 formulas. Finally, at the touch of a button, refinishers send the formula to the connected Daisy Wheel 3.0, which then takes care of the colour mixing, allowing refinishers to concentrate on more profitable tasks.
