21 March 2022 – Axalta, a leading global supplier of liquid and powder coatings, today announced the appointment of Jason Hopkins in the newly created role of UK and Ireland Country Manager for Axalta and U-POL, who Axalta acquired in 2021, effective 1 March 2023.

Redhwan Amine, Axalta’s West and North Europe Territory Business Director for its Refinish business, into whom Hopkins reports, says, “Bringing together both these prestigious businesses under the same management is a global first for Axalta, since the acquisition two years ago. Jason's previous experience - seven years as UK Sales Director at U-POL – coupled with his extensive background in sales, his exceptional skills in building strong customer relationships and his laser focus on developing market-leading sales teams means he is perfectly placed to drive business growth and performance in the UK and Irish markets.”
