28 March 2024 – Standox has launched a new fast-drying clear specifically designed for quick repairs that require a high-quality finish. Standocryl 2K Classic Pro Clear K9070 has a simple application technique and fast-drying performance so bodyshops are more efficient, profitable and sustainable.

Standocryl 2K Classic Pro Clear K9070 is applied in two coats with a short intermediate flash-off time in between. The clear is incredibly user-friendly and can be applied over both solventborne and waterborne basecoats: Standox Basecoat, Standohyd Plus Basecoat and Standoblue Basecoat. It is suitable for use with bodyshops' existing thinners and hardeners. The new clear is suitable for all types of repairs, from spot and panel repairs to full car resprays.
